Sailed solo across Bass Strait aboard the open cockpit Couta boat Huia in 13 days. Had her at the Tasmanian Wooden Boat Festival 2023. Farming, sailing & building a new Kohutt workshop. Re-opened The Tin Lantern.

Working on www.kohutt.com.au and designing/planning a Tiny House build, starting in August. Did not get to sail across Bass Strait due to weather, now waiting for spring.

Currently home in Tasmania, awaiting a weather window to sail a 1936 open cockpit gaff rigged 26ft sailing boat from Melbourne to Tasmania, across Bass Strait. Working in my workshop & writing daily.
